Can I cancel an order?

As long as your order has not shipped, yes, you can. It takes 1-3 business days to process non-personalized orders and 3-5 business days for personalized ones. You must cancel your order before that. If the labels are already printed, you will still get a refund but a cancellation fee will be applied.

Understandably, personalized items are not eligible for a return.

What are your available payment methods?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal and Sezzle. 

 

How are products shipped?

We use USPS for shipping products. We currently offer Priority Shipping for all items.

What are your processing times?

​

It takes 1-3 business days to process non-personalized orders to SHIP, 3-5 business days for personalized orders to SHIP . Take note that these are only the processing times and do not include transit times, the actual time it takes to physically get the orders to you. Although we generally process in these timeframes, there are exceptions to this policy that can happen during busy times. Usual delivery is 10-14 days.

I just placed an order. How long will it take before it gets here?

 

Aside from the established processing time, transit time varies depending on the customer’s location. Please refer to the map below for USPS shipping times.
